Which was
our challenge?

With the aim of relaunching the Smart brand, increasing sales and presence in the consumer’s mind, Smart and Mercedes-Benz Spain proposed to us to be part of the global and multi-channel “Save the Date” campaign, taking advantage of the launch of their new model, Smart Forfour.

How did we
do it?

The campaign started with the launch of the new Smart Forfour spot.

From artyco, we launched a series of sales boost actions, with the focus on the Smart owners database.
To do this, we sent an e-mail to help publicize the campaign, followed by a retargeting action segmented by profiles: according to their behavior and interaction with the impacts.

The objective was to refer the maximum number of users to book a test drive of the new Smart at the nearest point of sale.

To increase the value of the brand, the Contact Center specialists of our Customer Experience & Relationship Management service were in charge of launching a renewal of the image regarding customer service.

Attending interested users through channels that were once innovative: Clic to Call and Clic to Chat. These were available both on the landing designed for the campaign, and on the banners.

For an exhaustive measurement of user behavior within the campaign landing, our Lead on Site tool was integrated, which was synchronized with the Smart base, allowing us to go beyond the contact strategy and know the traceability of each user and be able to act with greater precision.

Results

Smart managed to increase exposure traffic at dealerships by 32%.

The number of leads sent to the concession tripled during the months of the campaign.

Sales increased significantly by 24.44%.

The new customer service channels were extended outside of the campaign, becoming regular supports for consulting clients and potential brand names throughout their website.
