Encourage the recruitment of customers through a points program

Which was
our challenge?

SEUR detected that, in many of its clients, the time between hires was getting longer. To reduce it, they thought of devising a points program which would help increase hiring per client, and approximate them over time. This challenge also had the handicap of being aimed at both its end customers and sale points.

How did we
do it?

Artyco devised the creation of a club and a website (seurentrega.com) in which to redeem the points that were obtained in the program. In addition, we take care of managing the entire operation of the club: gifts, calls, registrations, communication shipments, customer support, ‘member get member’ campaigns, birthday congratulations, welcome, punctual multiplication of points, among others.

Results

The points program for SEUR was a complete success for the brand, managing to increase the number of contracts per customer and reduce the time between one and the other. From Artyco we achieve the following figures:

  • Recruitment and maintenance of more than 10,000 members in the club.
  • Management through our logistics department of more than 2,300 gifts..
  • Attention to more than 1,300 calls from end customers, to our Contact Center.
