Implementation of a CRM for sales management

Which was
our challenge?

The economic crisis situation of the second decade of the 21st century in Spain required many companies to reinvent themselves.
This was the case of Metrovacesa, which needed to increase sales and organize all the information of its clients and potential clients in a single tool.
In addition, this should allow them to control sales of commercials and marketing actions.

How did we
do it?

First, we started the Data Management machinery, with which we cleaned and normalized its database, which collected more than 140,000 records.

Next, our Infrastructure, Platform & Software team synchronized with SAP for customers and with the web.
This way we would collect the information automatically in the database, always keeping it updated.

Once the database was ready, artyco, with the flexibility that characterizes us, adapted its own CRM and developed what we call “Fórmula Ahorro” (Savings Formula).

An online budget to measure where data was collected from the home and the interested party, in order to calculate their mortgage and their economic benefits.

Results

1.733 people were interested in the apartments.

2.140 Savings Formulas were received

6% of those interested bought their house.
