Which was
our challenge?
Coronita told us about her goal of increasing their sales through the distribution network with an incentive plan. Challenge that we take with great enthusiasm.
How did we
do it?
We carried out a study on the sales forecast of the local distributors and set the objectives of the incentive plan.
In this way, we implemented an online communication strategy, through a microsite, and launching dynamic sms and emailings, with personalized reports according to the degree of achievement of the objectives.
